👶 Early Years: A new Fun Hub Stay and Play is at Formby Avenue on Fridays, 1pm-2pm. This is delivered by Emily, one of our new Early Years Workers. Nicola will be delivering Fun Hub Surprise at Formby Avenue from Tuesday 28th April 9:30-10:30. This will be a mix of inside and outside soft play and adventure – Nicola has lots of surprises up her sleeve!
Youth Offer: Boys and Girls group will be started again from the 20th April – please refer any children you think would benefit to Jeanette – 07876707735. We have a NEW Lego Club for 5-8 years on a Tuesday after school. The session is based on Lego Therapy and encourages play, language and communication skills whilst promoting and building relationships between parents/carers and children. Please promote with any children and parents who are looking for something to do after school on a Tuesday – we are flexible with ages and would never turn anyone away 😊
👨👩👦 Parenting & Family Support: Jeanette is delivering Online Safety Course on Monday 27th April at Formby Avenue 10:30am-12:30pm. This is a fantastic course really highlighting the dangers of the online world and empowers parents around rights and responsibilities. Jeanette also has The Lounge – All Things Family drop-in on Tuesday morning from 8:30am at Formby Avenue – an informal drop-in for any parenting advice.
🤸♀️ Community Activities: We have a big Oral Health event on Wednesday 13th May to kick off National Smile Month. Please contact the hub if you’d like to be involved. Our community events are a huge success and we have lots of oral health goodies for our families to take away.
